The Urban Meditation Workshop offers a simple and enjoyable introduction to meditation and breathwork, making it accessible to participants of all experience levels, whether you’re new to these practices or already have some familiarity with them. During the workshop, music is implemented to create a soothing and immersive atmosphere, enhancing the overall experience. Participants will begin with a “Chi activation” warm-up to energize the body, followed by two different breathwork techniques. These practices are designed to guide you into a calming and grounding meditation, promoting relaxation, focus, and overall well-being. This workshop provides a playful and easy way to explore the benefits of meditation in an urban setting, with the added dimension of music to deepen your practice.
